Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of main and ancillary equipment, plant utilities and control systems. Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams for timely and safe project delivery. Perform any other assignments as directed by top management related to electrical and production support. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems, especially within garments accessories or related manufacturing environments. Technical skills: Knowledge of substation design and maintenance, HT/LT distribution, MCCs, industrial UPS, load management, and electrical safety regulations. Soft skills: Strong troubleshooting, project coordination, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and supervise technical teams.
