Job Responsibilities
- Prepare distribution plans and implement distribution of finished goods as per plan.
- Monitor dispatch of finished products to customers as per requirements and schedules.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation during dispatch of finished products.
- Handle scheduling of trucks and trailers for smooth delivery of product.
- Plan and manage storage and stacking of Finished Goods.
- Monitor availability of adequate manpower required for delivery as per schedule.
- Monitor proper utilization of hired vehicles and maintain records.
- Ensure physical inventory of finished products periodically and submit reconciliation reports.
- Ensure accuracy in inputs of FG delivery and VAT related data in MIS/Oracle/ERP.
- Monitor bending machine productivity to meet customer requirements.
- Reduce process delay time of bending machine to achieve production and delivery targets.
- Ensure VAT related activities are maintained properly as per government rules and company policies.
- Monitor disposal of non-conforming products regularly.
- Work with instrumentation maintenance for weighbridge calibration and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance to ISO QMS & EMS requirements and workplace safety guidelines.

BSRM Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Finished Goods Inventory to join their operations team in Chattogram. Schedule and coordinate trucks and trailers to ensure smooth delivery of products. Plan and manage storage and stacking of finished goods to maximize space and safety. Monitor manpower availability for delivery schedules and maintain related records. Oversee hired vehicle utilization and keep accurate utilization records. Conduct periodic physical inventory of finished products and prepare reconciliation reports. Ensure accurate input of FG delivery and VAT-related data into MIS/Oracle/ERP systems. Monitor and improve bending machine productivity to meet production and delivery targets. Drive initiatives to reduce process delay time in bending operations. Ensure VAT activities are maintained correctly in accordance with government rules and company policy. Manage regular disposal of non-conforming products per policy. Coordinate with instrumentation/maintenance teams to ensure weighbridge calibration and measurement accuracy. Ensure compliance to ISO QMS & EMS standards and enforce workplace safety guidelines and procedures. Required skills and competencies: Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM) People management and team coordination skills Strategic thinking and planning skills to align inventory with delivery targets Familiarity with VAT rules and vendor management Experience using ERP/MIS systems (Oracle/ERP preferred) Strong attention to documentation accuracy and compliance Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, transport) Experience & education: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (FMCG / light or heavy engineering) or steel industry environments.
