Perform in-process control (IPC), check BMR/BPR, manage change control activities and support batch release activities. Prepare, update and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure QMS documentation is maintained and controlled. Handle market complaints, deviations, Quality Incident Reports (QIR), CAPA, NCRs and rejection processes effectively. Manage batch documents and retention samples, and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents. Work closely with production and other technical teams to ensure continuous compliance and product quality. Required education & qualifications Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is required. Experience & skills For the Senior Quality Assurance Officer role, candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Good communication skills in both English and Bangla. Good computer knowledge and familiarity with documentation systems. Strong understanding of GMP, batch documentation, deviation investigation, CAPA and quality systems. Additional eligibility & conditions Age: At most 35 years (as per the circular).
