Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality systems.
- Maintain accurate batch production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, QA and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Supervise, train and mentor production staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Implement safety, hygiene and environmental controls in the production area.
- Lead process improvements (for Senior Production Officer) and provide technical guidance.
