UniMed & UniHealth is seeking a motivated Application Specialist to join its dynamic team in Bangladesh. This role is critical for achieving sales plans and driving market adoption. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver product training sessions to the sales force and other relevant stakeholders. Support product launches and marketing activities, including on-field demonstrations and academic detailing. Formulate and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales plans and targets. Provide technical support to the sales team and respond to clinical or product-related queries from healthcare professionals. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials, training modules and launch plans. Monitor market feedback, adverse events or complaints and report accordingly within company protocols. Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for training and product support. Required qualifications & education Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry or MSc in Molecular Biology (as specified in the job circular). Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical products and clinical concepts relevant to the portfolio. Skills & experience Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla to interact with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
