Job Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria; prepare project charter and WBS.
- Prepare resource plans, schedule and budget; monitor costs and report forecast vs actual.
- Manage procurement: prepare RFQs, evaluate bidders, select suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases ensuring technical standards.
- Ensure inspections and testing (FAT, SAT, NDT) and quality assurance processes are completed.
- Implement HSE policies, perform risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
- Monitor progress vs plan; implement corrective actions and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Manage stakeholders, communicate progress to senior management, regulators, clients and contractors.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks; maintain and update the risk register.
