The company encourages candidates with strong academic backgrounds (especially from leading engineering universities) and practical coaching experience.Key details at a glance:Position: Physics & Math Instructor (Science Faculty Teacher)Location: Uttara Sector 6, Dhaka, BangladeshVacancies: 15Employment Type: Full TimeSalary Range: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month (based on qualifications & experience)Application Deadline: 2025-10-27 — please apply before the deadline.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver clear, engaging and results-driven classes in Physics and Mathematics for students from grade 6 to grade 12 and for admission (university preparation) batches.Plan, prepare and implement class schedules and exam timetables; ensure consistent delivery of curriculum and timely completion of course material.Design and conduct weekly tests and formative assessments to track student progress and identify learning gaps.Provide academic guidance, mentoring and feedback to students to improve performance and exam readiness.Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment that increases student motivation and engagement.Assist with administrative tasks related to coaching operations as required by the company.Required Qualifications & EducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics (ongoing students or graduates are eligible).At least 1 year of teaching or coaching experience (1 to 2 years preferred).Strong subject knowledge in both Physics and Mathematics, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.Preferred / AdvantageousGraduates from government engineering universities (e.g., BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET) will be given priority.Experience in coaching admission-bound students or running preparatory batches is a plus.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and presentation skills; ability to use basic computer office tools (COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT).Patient, disciplined, responsible and capable of motivating students.Organizational skills for preparing schedules, tests and academic plans.Willingness to participate in training, career development and long-term improvement plans within the company.Working Hours, Benefits & Other TermsWorking hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM (office-based).Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on qualifications & experience).
