This job is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Mirpur DOHS / Mohakhali DOHS area), and is an on-site position with a modern office environment.What you'll do (Key responsibilities)Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.Collaborate closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and polished user experiences.Implement custom UI components, animations, and robust API integrations.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and code review processes.Deploy and manage apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store; handle builds, certificates, and release pipelines.Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimizations across a range of devices.Follow Agile practices, use Git for source control, and integrate CI/CD tools into the delivery pipeline.Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and tooling.Required skills & qualificationsProven experience in Flutter or React Native (minimum 1–2+ years preferred; at least 2 years recommended).Strong understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.Experience working with RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party integrations.Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layout techniques.Familiarity with Git, Agile methodology, and CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Experience publishing mobile apps to Play Store and App Store is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Education & experienceEducation: Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor/Honors preferred).
