Job Responsibilities
- Monitor all electrical lines of the factory and ensure serviceability of equipment.
- Identify and resolve issues with lights, fans, ACs and exhaust fans.
- Ensure repair and maintenance of all factory machinery.
- Assist the production head to fulfill operational and technical requirements.
- Inspect substation, water chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, water lines, airline and all pumps on a daily basis.
- Perform scheduled maintenance of machinery, air compressors, ACs and other essential equipment.
- Troubleshoot motor control circuits, sensors, heating elements, temperature controllers, power distribution and control wiring.
- Check the complaint register on various problems of all machines daily and timely inform supervisor to take quick action.
- Prepare reports periodically as per management requirement.
- Ensure the safety of team members and promote and implement safeguarding standards; follow safeguarding reporting procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the respective authority.
