Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records related to all categories of BSA members, including annual subscriptions and admission fees.
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with standard accounting principles and BSA’s Accounts Rules.
- Maintain documentation of all income and expenditure related to daily, weekly, and special organizational activities.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports for review by the Executive Director and Executive Committee.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning documents.
- Ensure proper presentation and submission of financial statements for both internal and external audits.
- Manage cash, bank transactions, vouchers, and supporting financial documents securely and systematically.
- Collaborate with program and administrative teams for financial data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with established financial policies, audit recommendations, and relevant statutory requirements.
