Job Responsibilities

This job is published by the company and candidates should apply as instructed.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement field sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across Dhaka city and target outlets.Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets (including periodic promotion work at UniMart and similar stores).Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.Lead, mentor, and manage a field sales team (team size: approximately 5 people) and ensure targets are met.Monitor competitor activities and market trends; adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.Conduct market research to identify distribution gaps and new business opportunities for FMCG food products.Ensure on-shelf visibility, correct branding, promotional materials deployment, and regular merchandising activities.Prepare and submit timely sales reports, performance analyses, and market feedback to senior management.Working hours & schedule: This is a full-time job with field-focused duties (approximately 80% field, 20% office). Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Sunday OFF.
