Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the detailing floor, providing information on all services (Ceramic, Tint, Wash, Wax, PPF).
- Inspect customer vehicles upon arrival and note required services.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to the detailing and service teams.
- Ensure smooth daily operations on the floor and maintain high service standards.
- Prepare service quotations and help customers choose the right package.
