Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action reports.
- Manage internal and external communications; ensure timely correspondence and documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize reports from all departments (Land, Sales, Construction, Accounts, HR, Legal) for the CEO’s review.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deadlines.
- Support project planning, budget tracking, and milestone progress reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress summaries and follow up with concerned departments.
- Liaise with the Legal Department and monitor compliance with RAJUK, NHA, City Corporation, and other government authorities.
- Maintain a digital filing system for all legal and corporate documents.
- Draft, review, and edit business letters, agreements, and internal memos.
- Assist in event planning, corporate meetings, and official visits.
- Coordinate logistics, hospitality, and protocol arrangements for the CEO’s office.

Overview:Zubion Development Solutions Limited (ZDSL) is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Personal Secretary (PS) to the Managing Director & CEO.
