Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective procurement policies and strategies.
  • Identify reliable suppliers/vendors and negotiate tenders/contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluate their performance.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure smooth production and distribution.
  • Manage inventory control and warehousing processes efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and warehouse safety measures.
  • Manage domestic and international transportation operations efficiently.
  • Have thorough knowledge and practical experience of import-export regulations, customs clearance, duties, and VAT, and ensure proper compliance.
  • Coordinate international supply chain networks to ensure timely import of raw materials and export of finished goods and have thorough knowledge regarding HS Code.
  • Oversee shipment tracking and container management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to prepare demand forecasts.
  • Develop supply chain plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, guide and supervise the Supply Chain Management team.
  • Analyze market trends and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
  • Implement best practices across supply chain operations.
