Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise production lines: Burgers, Buns, Fried Chicken, Tortilla Wraps, Bakery and Rice Meals.
  • Maintain quality and taste consistency in all semi-cooked and ready-to-serve products.
  • Standardize recipes, ingredients, seasoning ratios, sauces and food presentation.

Team Management & Training: Hire, mentor and build a professional culinary team; deliver hands-on training and performance development plans. Quality Control & Hygiene: Monitor raw materials, ensure cooking standards, run audits, corrective reports and uphold HACCP practices. Innovation & Coordination: Lead tastings, product trials, and cross-functional coordination with QA, procurement and management. Required skills & experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (typical profile: 10 to 15 years) in large-scale kitchen or central kitchen operations. Hands-on experience with Burgers, Fried Chicken, Wraps, Bakery, Beverages and Automation Systems. Strong leadership, kitchen management, team training and organizational skills. Expertise in HACCP, food safety, quality control and SOP development. Practical knowledge of menu standardization, recipe writing and production planning.
