Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with mortgage financing by gathering and organizing required documents.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage with potential clients to discuss mortgage loan products and qualify inbound inquiries.
- Collect necessary documentation and manage client documentation needs.
- Support U.S.-based Loan Officers and Brokers with follow-up and coordination.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and mentoring (for Team Lead roles).
- Work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM BDT) and maintain high service standards.
