Maintain infection control, patient confidentiality and professional bedside manner at all times. Complete timely clinical notes, billing documentation and capture required data in the app for quality assurance. Participate in periodic training, quality audits and clinical governance activities. Required Qualifications & Experience MBBS degree (mandatory) with current and valid BMDC registration. 1 to 3 years clinical experience preferred; freshers with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply. Practical knowledge or exposure to emergency patient management, patient assessment and counseling is highly valuable. Active smartphone (Android or iOS) and willingness to use the DSheba clinical app daily. Ability to travel within ~10 KM for home visits; own transport preferred.
