Job Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, budgeting, implementation and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Guide and support project staff to execute activities and meet objectives.
- Coordinate with government, NGOs, community structures, and key stakeholders.
- Develop training modules and facilitate training sessions and capacity building.
- Ensure adherence to financial, administrative and donor guidelines.
- Implement MEAL systems; track progress, support baseline and end-line evaluations.
- Coordinate advocacy initiatives and strengthen referral linkages for child protection.
- Prepare project reports and document key learnings and program outputs.
- Serve as Child Safeguarding Focal Point and ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with safeguarding policy.
- Support finance and admin for budgeting, procurement, audits and related documentation.

Breaking the Silence (BTS) invites experienced and committed professionals to apply for the role of Project Coordinator for a high-impact project focused on strengthening community and institutional responses to child sexual abuse and exploitation. BTS values inclusion and encourages women, persons with disabilities, and ethnic minority applicants to apply.Key responsibilities:Lead project planning, budgeting, implementation and ensure quality and timely delivery across project sites.Coordinate consortium partners (CWCS and Nari Maitree) and maintain communication with the donor (via GFA as Fund Management Agency).Provide technical supervision, maintain MEAL systems, and ensure donor reporting and compliance.Develop training modules, facilitate capacity-building activities, and strengthen referral linkages with government and community actors.Act as Child Safeguarding Focal Point for the project and ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with safeguarding policies.Prepare regular progress reports (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual) and document lessons learned and successful practices.Support finance and administration functions related to project budgets, procurement, and audits.Required qualifications and skills:Master's Degree (MSS) in Social Science or a relevant discipline. Degree in project management or related field is an advantage.5–7 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in a project leadership role in a national or international NGO.Proven experience in child protection programming, community development and training facilitation.Strong MEAL knowledge, report writing skills, and ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder processes.Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla; strong interpersonal and team-building skills.Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to prepare budgets and donor reports.Willingness to travel frequently to field locations (Sreemangal and Satkhira).
