Job Responsibilities

The position requires a professional who can combine hands-on administrative capability with a strategic approach to client service and digital marketing of rental premises. Key responsibilities (summary): Solicit property rental listings through engagement with market researchers and field sources. Assist foreign clients in renting property, negotiating and establishing rental terms, and preparing rental lease agreements with organizations and individuals. Provide and manage furnished, serviced accommodation for foreign dignitaries and multinational clients. Conduct digital marketing and create digital content for advertisement of rental premises across online channels. Maintain regular administrative duties including email, verbal and phone correspondence with foreign clients and partner organizations. Create and maintain rental market databases, accounts, agreements, inventory and client records. Recruit, train and supervise new employees; contribute to workforce development in a team of approximately 150 personnel. Assist in interior design coordination for residential and corporate suites as required. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Lead outreach to source quality rental listings and verify property details through field verification and market research. Manage end-to-end client interactions for foreign nationals including property viewing coordination, negotiation of lease terms, and documentation of agreements. Draft and finalize rental lease agreements in compliance with company standards and client expectations. Drive online presence and targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract tenants and showcase premium rental inventory. Design and produce high-quality digital content (photography briefs, listing copy, social posts) tailored to international clients. Oversee administrative workflows — invoicing, inventory tracking, email management and escalation handling for client requests. Build and maintain a centralized database for rental markets, client contacts and active agreements to support reporting and decision making. Recruit and train new staff, conduct assessments and ensure team members meet service delivery expectations for a high-demand client base. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree or equivalent from a public/private university. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector, property management or related corporate affairs functions. Strong command of English (verbal and written) — candidates will be required to take an on-site test during interview. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for handling foreign clients and multinational organizations. High level of computer literacy, including experience with databases, MS Office and digital marketing tools. Ability to work under pressure, manage demanding schedules and meet tight deadlines; expected working hours may extend between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM with occasional weekends and overtime. Good academic, ethical and professional background; experience certificates, academic certificates and reference letters may be required. Preferred competencies and attributes: Experience with drafting lease agreements and negotiating terms for corporate/leasing clients. Experience creating digital content and running online advertising campaigns for property listings. Familiarity with interior design coordination for serviced apartments and executive suites. Leadership skills to recruit, train and mentor junior staff and maintain a productive team environment. Compensation & benefits (highlights): Salary Range: Attractive package with benefits — starting from BDT 45,000 to BDT 80,000+ depending on experience and fit.
