This job is based in Gazipur, Bangladesh and presents a strong chance to build a career in HR within a multinational company setting.Key responsibilities (what you will do):Manage staff and worker recruitment and onboarding, including posting vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, and offer processing.Prepare and coordinate orientation schedules for new hires and ensure smooth induction processes.Maintain daily recruitment status updates and follow up on recruitment pipelines.Prepare monthly recruitment projections and submit them to management.Handle staff business card requisitions and related administrative requests.Support yearly HC (Headcount) budget preparation and submission processes.Coordinate quarterly laptop & PC project planning and submission.Follow up on trainee sewer assessments and track training outcomes.Coordinate probation assessments and performance appraisal management activities.Monitor quarterly promotions for staff and workers, follow up on execution and documentation.Collect departmental KPIs and prepare consolidated reports.Support industrial relations tasks including disciplinary actions, memo and notice preparation, and execution of HR directives.Perform any other HR tasks assigned by management to support the company’s workforce needs.Required skills and qualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent degree in business/HR-related fields.Experience: Up to 4 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, garments, or textile sectors.
