Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Ensure security of plant, properties & personnel and implement security SOPs.
- Lead crisis management during fire, accidents, or other emergencies.
- Negotiate/resolve administrative problems among workers, staff and management.
- Follow-up and renew factory licenses, certificates and ensure legal compliance.
- Ensure health, safety & hygienic issues of the factory as per legal requirement.
- Manage office transports, equipment, property, assets and logistics.
- Maintain liaison with law enforcement, government agencies and local leaders.
- Handle legal issues related to land and labor law and represent the company where necessary.
- Prepare agreements, contracts and legal documents for organizational protection.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with HR for disciplinary matters.
- Manage administrative budgets and ensure cost control.
- Develop and implement SOP and policy for security, protocol and transportation.
- Oversee CCTV monitoring, surveillance and asset protection measures.

Mohsin Knitwears Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) to lead administrative operations, compliance, and security at its factory in Narayanganj. Ensure security of plant, properties and personnel; develop and implement security SOPs and protocols. Lead crisis management during fire, accidents or other emergencies and ensure readiness of emergency systems. Negotiate and resolve administrative disputes among workers, staff and management. Maintain and renew factory licenses and certificates; ensure legal compliance and timely updates. Ensure health, safety and hygiene of the factory as per legal requirements and internal policy. Plan, control and maintain office transport, equipment, property, assets and related logistics. Maintain liaison with relevant authorities including law enforcement, government agencies and community leaders to support smooth factory operation. Manage legal issues related to land and labor law; represent the company in labor court when required. Prepare agreements, contracts and legal letters to protect the organization legally. Handle employee grievances in coordination with HR, and support disciplinary and grievance resolution processes. Manage administrative budgets, ensure cost control and efficient resource utilization. Develop and implement SOPs and policies for security management, protocol management, transportation and other admin functions. Oversee CCTV monitoring, surveillance and asset protection; lead workplace violence prevention measures. Lead and supervise admin teams; ensure training and development, and drive employee engagement initiatives. Supervise factory landscaping, beautification and waste management to maintain a safe and productive environment. Required qualifications & education Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management preferred. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in garments. Skills & competencies Proven administration, organizational and cross-cultural leadership & communication skills. Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, factory acts, administrative regulations and compliance issues. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to handle critical situations and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office; good communication skills in Bengali and English.
