Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sponsorship Funded Program in Barguna and ensure program objectives and donor requirements are met
- Supervise, mentor and manage multi-disciplinary program staff (Education, SRHR, YEE, Child & Youth)
- Plan, implement and monitor program activities, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
- Ensure compliance with child safeguarding and organizational policies
- Design and deliver trainings and capacity-building sessions for staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate with government authorities, community leaders, donors and partner organizations
- Lead planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) and prepare high-quality reports in English and Bengali
- Represent RDF in coordination forums and maintain strong partnerships
- Travel up to 75% of official time for field supervision and implementation
