Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities
- Lead monitoring, reporting and documentation activities for the program in Barguna.
- Design and conduct studies, assessments and evaluations aligned with the Results Framework and TOC.
- Develop data collection tools and ensure data quality during field exercises.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare evidence-based reports and case studies.
- Organize and deliver capacity building for project staff on M&E and documentation.
- Prepare regular monitoring reports, learning briefs and visibility documents for stakeholders and donors.
- Maintain accountability to stakeholders including government and non-government partners.
- Travel extensively (minimum ~70% field time) and support field-level implementation.
- Drive a motorbike for field visits when needed (valid driving license required).

Resource Development Foundation (RDF) invites applications for the position of Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation Officer. The program objective is to ensure sponsored children, especially girls and young women, are heard, live without fear of violence and achieve their rights. RDF is recruiting for immediate placement and welcomes qualified candidates who can contribute to program monitoring, reporting, documentation and capacity building.Key responsibilitiesLead monitoring, reporting and documentation activities for the Sponsorship Funded Program in Barguna.Design, plan and conduct studies, baseline/endline and periodic assessments aligned with the project Results Framework and Theory of Change (TOC).Develop data collection tools, supervise field data collection and ensure data quality standards.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and produce timely, accurate and evidence-based reports and case studies.Prepare and present monitoring reports, learning briefs and other documentation for different stakeholders including donors, government and NGO partners.Design and deliver capacity building activities for project staff and stakeholders on M&E, data analysis and documentation.Support development, implementation and tracking of project indicators, targets and reporting schedules.Ensure accountability to stakeholders and maintain excellent working relations with government and non-government stakeholders.Manage documentation of success stories, case studies and multimedia materials for visibility.Undertake extensive field travel (at least 70% of working time) and perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Program or Director, HRD & Admin.Required qualifications and experienceMaster’s degree in Statistics, Regional/Urban Planning, Development Studies or relevant field from a recognized public or private university.
