Job Responsibilities
- Implement and support child sponsorship activities and closely work with sponsored children and their families.
- Plan, organize and facilitate training and capacity building sessions for children, youth and caregivers.
- Identify needs for skills training and facilitate access to marketable employment or income-generating opportunities.
- Support and monitor economic empowerment schemes and ensure beneficiary progress.
- Collect and maintain quality data, documentation and timely reporting.
- Keep daily activity records and assist supervisors with reporting.
- Promote child safeguarding and protection mechanisms in all activities.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders including educational institutions and local leaders.
