Position Summary: We are hiring Executive / Sr Executive for handling reservation and ticketing, customer coordination, and tour package creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day ticket issuance, fare quotations, itinerary planning, and maintaining relationships with airlines, hotels, transport providers and embassies. This job requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in travel operations. Handle domestic & international air ticket reservations and bookings using GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). Issue, reissue and cancel tickets accurately and timely. Communicate with airlines, clients and suppliers regarding schedule changes, cancellations and rebookings. Provide competitive fare quotations and identify best routings for clients. Advise clients on holiday packages, visa guidance, travel documentation and insurance options. Create, sell and customize domestic & international tour packages. Maintain and strengthen relationships with hotels, transport providers, embassies and other vendors. Ensure traveler safety, comfort and excellent customer experience. Support department-wise teamwork and follow desk responsibilities as assigned by management. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor / Honors degree (as per the company's education requirement). Minimum 1 year of related experience (typical range 1 to 4 years) in travel agency, tour operator or ticketing operations. Proven experience with travel business functions: ticketing, reservations and package management. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre (ticketing & reservations). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client, airline and vendor coordination. Good knowledge of international and domestic fare construction, routing and ticketing rules. Customer service orientation, problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to work in teams and follow department-specific roles. Familiarity with travel documentation, visa processing and travel insurance procedures.
