Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios through customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue via up-selling and cross-selling Bikroy’s products and services.
  • Prepare and update KPI reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to vertical leads.
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly KPIs (acquisition & revenue targets) are met or exceeded.
