Primary responsibilities: Carry out regular field visits to retailers, distributors and potential clients in the assigned territory to promote and sell products. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager. Conduct market surveys and gather competitor/product intelligence to inform sales strategy. Ensure proper merchandising and product placement at retail points and execute promotional activities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, collection reports and territory activity logs. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support. Required skills and qualifications: Education: HSC or Bachelor/Honors (as specified by the company). Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales; preference given to candidates with experience in Design/Printing/Publishing or related trade areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & basic English). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field under varying conditions. Basic computer literacy (able to prepare simple reports). Smartphone-enabled reporting is often required.
