Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce (BCom, BBA, MCom, MBA) or a related discipline. Certified KPI Specialist preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and rollout of KPI-based Performance Management System frameworks aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Implement Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology and align KPIs across financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth dimensions.
  • Facilitate SMART goal-setting workshops, mid-year reviews, and structured annual appraisals; ensure timely and accurate completion of evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, recognize high-potential talent, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
  • Provide training and support on PMS tools, feedback techniques, and performance coaching.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using surveys, interviews, performance data, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training modules across technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • Maintain training dashboards, attendance logs, feedback analytics, and individual learning records.
  • Liaise with accredited external training providers, certification bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Support succession planning, competency mapping, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development (OD) strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with RSC policies and national labor regulations.
