Sherpa Power Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead tender preparation and submission for power and solar projects. This job is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in e-GP tendering, government tender procedures, and commercial tender documentation. Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to gather required documentation, specifications, and supporting evidence. Review tender terms and conditions, identify commercial risks, and propose mitigations. Ensure timely submission of bids and follow-up during tender evaluation and clarification stages. Represent the company during pre-bid meetings or clarifications when required. Required qualifications and education Bachelor’s degree: BA, BCom, BSc, or BSc in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). At least 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably within wholesale/trading, engineering firms, power or related sectors. Skills & competencies Expertise in e-GP tendering and strong knowledge of government tender rules and procedures. Proven capability in tender documentation, tender management and commercial bid preparation. Sound knowledge of office programs: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, with ability to prepare presentation materials. Convincing negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Fast typing skills in Bangla and English. Team player, proactive, self-motivated and target-driven. Previous experience in solar or pump products sales & marketing is an advantage.
