Job Responsibilities
- Oversee surveillance activities of all offices and branches using closed-circuit cameras
- Regularly check surveillance equipment, data records and connections are working properly
- Observe business unit activities for compliance with company rules and regulations
- Run predefined routine checks across all offices
- Prepare daily reports and send to company authority; follow up and investigate complaints and issues
- Report unusual or unethical activity without delay and propose solutions to seal gaps
- Advise staff on interpretation of company policy and ethical framework functions
- Maintain communication with branch contacts, receive surveillance-related incoming calls, and visit offices when needed
