Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee surveillance activities of all offices and branches using closed-circuit cameras
  • Regularly check surveillance equipment, data records and connections are working properly
  • Observe business unit activities for compliance with company rules and regulations
  • Run predefined routine checks across all offices
  • Prepare daily reports and send to company authority; follow up and investigate complaints and issues
  • Report unusual or unethical activity without delay and propose solutions to seal gaps
  • Advise staff on interpretation of company policy and ethical framework functions
  • Maintain communication with branch contacts, receive surveillance-related incoming calls, and visit offices when needed
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management
