Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control & assurance procedures to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and pre-production meetings to set preventive and corrective measures.
- Monitor in-line, mid-line and final-stage operations for consistent product quality.
- Review and evaluate first output products to ensure quality and productivity.
- Set up, train and monitor QC/QI teams to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
- Identify root causes of quality failures and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Liaise with buyer QA/technical representatives regarding quality requirements and feedback.
- Participate in fit sessions with garment technologists and key accounts to ensure garment fit.

- Organize manpower layout based on performance and capability.
