Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial input to the CEO, board of directors, and executive team.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of accurate and timely company accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Ensure the company meets all financial, legal and regulatory obligations and manage risk assessments and insurance coverage. Drive finance digital transformation by overseeing ERP and financial systems improvements. Required qualifications & education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or related field. CA/CMA qualifications — partly completed CA/CMA will be considered. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting and leadership roles. Prior experience in senior finance roles (preferably as CFO, Head of Finance, or Head of Accounts) is highly desirable. Preferred skills & competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax regulations in Bangladesh. Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Experienced in treasury and cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital structuring. Ability to manage audits, implement internal controls, and oversee compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills. Familiarity with ERP/financial software and digital finance transformation initiatives. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
