Diamed is seeking a motivated and strategic Sr. Executive - Sales and Marketing to join our Veterinary and Animal Health (AH) business. Key responsibilities Drive market penetration and commercial success of Veterinary and Animal Health (AH) products by developing and executing institutional sales strategies. Act as the primary link between market demands, product availability, and institutional customers to ensure product fit for large-scale clients. Identify and source innovative products aligned with market trends and institutional customer needs (e.g., large farms, feed mills, veterinary clinics). Translate technical product knowledge into persuasive promotional materials and sales approaches targeted at institutional buyers. Conduct market analysis and forecasting to anticipate demand and ensure inventory and product mix meet institutional requirements. Manage relationships with key institutional accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and secure repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams (supply, marketing, technical) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to performance-based incentive programs. Required skills and qualifications Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) — essential. Minimum experience: At least 3 years in sales/marketing roles, preferably with exposure to multinational companies, agro-based firms (including agro processing, seeds), direct selling/marketing service companies, or animal/plant breeding businesses. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); fluency in English preferred. Proficiency in computer office management and advanced Excel.
