Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD).
- Manage and maintain the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings; prepare agendas and follow up on action points.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and necessary documents.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally and discreetly.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics (including short-notice travel outside Dhaka).
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record keeping of important files.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Expert Bangla typing (Bijoy) with minimum typing speed: 25 WPM (Bangla); 30 WPM (English)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and stay outside Dhaka on short notice
