Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy to achieve B2C and strategic project revenue targets and secure board approvals.
  • Drive acquisition of paid B2C users through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Lead product marketing strategy including refinement of the Product Bluebook and closing product journey gaps.
  • Oversee retail outlet network operations to maximize monthly revenue and market penetration.
  • Lead Telco partner integration and digital distribution initiatives.
  • Develop Telco and MFS-related business cases, feasibility studies, and revenue targets.
  • Align product and marketing roadmaps with Telco integration milestones and campaign rollouts.
  • Champion BI, CLM and AI/ML capabilities to personalize customer interactions and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Establish and manage in-house creative, media, and PR teams to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
