Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage all facets of assigned sampling functions involving garment accessories (tag & label focused).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent product quality and customer support.
- Provide immediate and innovative responses to customers; set service standards and strategies.
- Record customer requirements for delivery, samples and orders and pass to respective departments.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales reports.
- Acknowledge product orders and coordinate with functional teams to process orders.
- Determine current and future customer expectations and drive improvements in quality and service.
- Build and sustain good relationships with customers through negotiation and engagement.

Next Accessories Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive / Team Leader for Customer Service (Garment Accessories). This is a blended leadership and hands-on operational role in a reputed garments accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will take ownership of sampling functions, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on-time, high-quality samples and orders.
