Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth of the value added frozen food portfolio.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across institutional, retail, wholesale, HoReCa, modern trade, and e-commerce channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail chains, e-commerce partners, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through traditional and modern trade outlets.
  • Prepare and present materials on business performance, product portfolio, and sales strategies to clients and top management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence and consumer feedback.
  • Execute trade marketing activities (promotions, sampling, merchandising, visibility programs).
  • Support brand marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital activations.
  • Analyze sales data, SKU performance, and market trends to optimize pricing and assortment.
