Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with buyers, factory personnel, and internal departments to ensure order execution and buyer satisfaction.
- Coordinate costing, pricing and negotiate with buyers to reach acceptable final prices.
- Oversee production status updates, sampling, and lab-dip communications provided by merchandisers to buyers.
- Coordinate with factory sample section to ensure proper sample design, timely dispatch and follow-up on buyer comments.
- Execute orders according to Time & Action Plan to ensure shipment of right quality and quantity on time.
- Follow buyer-specific processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor materials inventory, production process, quality standards and team performance.
- Support design & R&D knowledge integration into merchandising activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by top management.

Experience in Knit & Woven product lines is preferred.Candidates with overseas travel and meeting experience will be preferred, as the job may require interfacing with international buyers and vendors.Bachelor's degree in Textile/Apparel Management, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
