Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 product developers and technical designers focused on sweater development.
- Mentor and guide junior product developers and technical designers to improve technical fit and sampling standards.
- Direct communication and coordination with overseas designers, customers, and suppliers.
- Analyze tech packs and specifications to ensure accurate style development and timely production launches.
- Coordinate and manage pre-ordering of yarns and accessories to meet production schedules.
- Maintain and regularly update Time and Action (TNA) calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to organize, track, and update all ongoing product developments.
- Prepare and update presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews, vendor meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Oversee multiple knitwear developments simultaneously and manage sample approvals and sampling issues.
