Role summary: As a Creative Strategist you will: Develop data-driven creative strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals. Analyze competitor campaigns, audience insights, and market trends to identify creative opportunities. Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to translate insights into high-performing ad concepts. Provide direction for content creation across platforms (social, digital, video, etc.). Test and optimize creative ideas based on performance data and feedback. Present creative strategies and rationales to internal teams or clients. Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and formats in digital marketing and advertising. Key responsibilities (expanded): Lead cross-functional brainstorming sessions and translate business objectives into creative briefs that set measurable goals. Define target audience segments through quantitative and qualitative research, building personas and journey maps that inform creative directions. Work with media planners to ensure creative concepts are optimized for channel-specific KPIs (e.g., view-through rate, CTR, conversion).
