Job Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure campaigns meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to test ad variations and improve audience targeting
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify performance drivers
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards for management review

Required experience & education: At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, media analytics, or performance marketing. Experience working across Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged) and E‑commerce is a plus. Bachelor/Honors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field. Minimum age: At least 25 years.
