The position is suitable for candidates with B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related qualifications who want to contribute to a high-performing quality function.Key responsibilitiesDesign, implement and evaluate comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance.Prepare and maintain an annual training calendar and a training matrix for all employees, including training records and competency evaluation reports.Develop training modules focused on cGMP, GDP, SOPs, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.Provide documented training records and evidence during internal and external regulatory inspections and audits; implement audit observations related to training activities.Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and assessments; recommend improvements and update training materials accordingly.Coordinate with departments to assess competence needs, schedule sessions, and manage logistics for training delivery.Support continuous learning initiatives, contribute to process improvement projects, and undertake other duties as assigned.Required skills and attributesB. Pharm / M.
