Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities (what you will do): Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, email and offline channels to drive user acquisition, retention and brand awareness. Lead and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI — including SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, email automation, and social advertising. Monitor, analyze and report on marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness; use data to inform strategy and budget allocation. Collaborate with product, content and design teams to ensure messaging, creatives and user journeys align with business goals. Conduct market research to identify segments, opportunities and competitive differentiation in the EdTech space. Manage marketing budget effectively and prioritize initiatives for the highest impact. Recruit, mentor and lead a growing team of marketing professionals; build capabilities for long-term success. Required skills and experience: 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand management or customer acquisition (minimum 10 years required). Experience in Educational Technology (EdTech) or startups is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, paid search, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and tools such as Google Analytics. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling content and brand messaging. Education & eligibility: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or related field; MBA in Marketing or related advanced degree preferred. Other relevant qualifications in brand management or marketing will be considered. Age requirement: At least 40 years (as specified by the company).
