Explain visa application procedures, eligibility criteria, and timelines to applicants. Coordinate application submission and follow up with relevant embassies, consulates, recruitment partners, and overseas employers. Maintain accurate applicant records, process updates, and monitor application progress. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recruitment standards. Provide pre-departure briefings or guidance when required and escalate complex cases to senior staff. Assist applicants to complete application forms, translate or notarize documents when necessary, and collect required fees or receipts as per company policy. Required skills and qualifications: Minimum education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year of direct experience in immigration/visa processing or related recruitment services. (Preferred 1 to 5 years.) Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and required documentation for overseas recruitment, particularly Saudi recruitment channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with applicants and external stakeholders. Basic computer skills including MS Office and experience with record-keeping systems.
