Job Responsibilities
- Ensure requirement analysis, system design & development, ERP & ERD support, forms & report design in Oracle and Oracle Apex.
- Manage help-desk and provide remote support for users. Work on custom forms and reports on Oracle environment according to requirement.
- Ensure report building, account period closing, general ledger or any finance module related account solving.
- Effectively communicate business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Compile product related information and make relevant changes to company objectives.
- Liaison with other departments to understand the demand of reports and documentation.
- Define business requirements and report them back to the technical team or manager.
- Assist in promoting best practices in the development of information systems.
- Plan, design and maintain network systems, hardware, applications, databases, storage and security systems.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors regarding different types of IT products and service issues.
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
- Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Any other duties within this role assigned by the management as required.

Manage incident tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure SLA-driven resolution of user problems. Support finance and accounting teams during month-end/year-end activities, ensuring accurate report outputs and reconciliations. Maintain security best practices for data access, database backups, and application deployment. Required skills & technologies: Oracle (PL/SQL), Oracle APEX SQL, database design and query optimization DotNet, HTML & CSS, JavaScript, PHP (familiarity preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems, report design and forms development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience & education: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT, ERP support and reporting.
