Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure consistent customer experience. Required skills and attributes: Strong communication skills in English and Bangla — flawless conversational ability is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality, and commitment to work. Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage customer complaints tactfully. Lead generation and follow-up skills to support sales conversions. Educational and other requirements: Bachelor/Honors degree or equivalent qualification.
