Job Responsibilities
- Design, establish and maintain MEAL systems, tools and data quality assurance mechanisms.
- Establish participatory MEAL systems with CSOs, ensuring community-based monitoring and feedback loops.
- Provide training and capacity building to team members and partner CSOs on MEAL methodologies and digital tools (Kobo, ODK).
- Plan, implement and review monitoring activities; ensure timely, high-quality reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Lead baseline, midline, action research and endline surveys using conflict- and gender-sensitive approaches.
- Manage and lead the Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) to ensure feedback is received, documented and acted upon.
- Ensure data quality, verify field data collection practices and support analysis for adaptive management.
- Coordinate with gender, protection and environment staff to integrate cross-cutting issues.
- Supervise MEAL staff, conduct regular field visits, and support MIS and data cleaning processes.
