Coordinate communication between caregivers and therapists, ensuring smooth scheduling and information flow. Handle billing, payments, and routine administrative tasks to support daily center operations. Detailed duties Serve as the first point of contact for families — greet, register, and direct visitors politely and efficiently. Take appointments and manage bookings across multiple therapists/services; send reminders and handle rescheduling and cancellations. Answer phone calls and emails professionally; provide basic information about services and refer complex clinical questions to appropriate staff members. Ensure client information is updated in the database; prepare and maintain records required for therapeutic sessions and billing. Process payments, generate receipts, and coordinate with administration for financial record keeping. Support day-to-day administrative needs including filing, preparing appointment lists for therapists, and coordinating arrival/departure of visitors. Required skills & profile Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors (as listed in the company circular).
