Job Description

Suraksha Autism and Neuro Disorders Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Developmental Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dhaka. Design, implement and monitor individualized therapy plans targeting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical goals. Use structured play, learning activities, and behavior-management strategies to promote skill development. Collaborate closely with psychologists, speech-language therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatric consultants for integrated care. Provide parent training and teach home-based supportive strategies to ensure carryover and generalization. Maintain clear documentation of assessments, goals, intervention plans, and progress reports. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high-quality care. Required qualifications & education: Bachelor/Honors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, Allied Health). Course or certification from a recognized organization in related subjects is preferred. Experience in related fields will be prioritized; early-career candidates with relevant internships or supervised practice are encouraged to apply. Skills and competencies: Developmental assessment and therapy planning skills. Knowledge of behavior management strategies and structured play techniques.
