Job Responsibilities
- Explore new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects.
- Achieve sales targets related to ongoing and ready plot sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct regular visits to public and private offices for marketing and promotional activities.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns and support project visits for prospective clients.
- Understand the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction, and share feedback with team members.
- Support marketing campaign management and assist in preparing marketing reports.
